Dirk's tooth actually came thru about a month ago, but it came in behind the tooth it was supposed to push out. I called the dentist once that permanent tooth was about 1/2 in, wondering if we needed to get it pulled. Luckily, they said just start wiggling it, pushing on it, all day long, and after a few days they said it should fall out. Well, it's been more than 2 days, almost a week, but it's out!
Dirk is so excited to put it under his pillow. Hopefully this will be enough "bribery" to get him to go to bed well for the sitter tonight :o) And the tooth fairy already has a Gold Dollar lined up for him - he keeps saying that's what he's getting. I'm ok with $1 for a first tooth :o)
